A banker by training and a wildlife photographer by calling, Ranga has spent over a decade in the field, travelling across wildlife landscapes in India, Kenya, Japan, Svalbard, Iceland, and Norway. His photography is shaped by long hours in hides, especially in India, Norway, and Kenya, where patience matters as much as skill. Working through low light and night conditions has given him a deep, practical understanding of how to use the available light inside hides without disturbing the natural behaviour of animals. He believes in quiet observation, ethical photography, and waiting for the moment when the wild reveals itself.
